This privacy policy for this application is to better serve schools an school staff who are concerned with how their ‘Personal Information’ is being used online. To register for use of this application it is required that we collect the School Name, Address, Telephone Number, Contact Name and Email Address. The Email Address is used as an Admin email to login to set up the application for the school. A password is required to be set during registration.
When registration is complete, the administrator imports (or enters) the minimum amount of information from the school database to allow teachers and staff to do their reports effectively. That information consists of the following;

  • Teacher Name
  • Teacher Email
  • Student Name
  • Student ‘Known as’ Name
  • Student Gender
  • Student Year Group
  • Class Name
  • Class Description

The basic school information is collected at the time of school registration. The teachers, staff and student information is collected when the administrator imports the data from their school IT system or it is typed in manually by the administrator so that the school staff can login to use the application for reporting.

Our website application is scanned on a regular basis for security holes and known vulnerabilities in order to make users and visitors to the site as safe as possible. Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential and the application up to date. In addition, all sensitive information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. There is NO online payment gateway used in the application so we don’t hold or collect any credit card or payment information from any schools or persons.

This site uses cookies that are necessary for the performance of the site. These are important in allowing you to move around the site and log in to secure areas, as well as ensuring the site works properly on your device.
