What personal information is collected from the school staff that register or get registered on the application?
To register for use of this application it is required that we collect the School Name, Address, Telephone Number, Contact Name and Email Address. The Email Address is used as an Admin email to login to set up the application for the school. A password is required to be set during registration.
When registration is complete, the administrator imports (or enters) the minimum amount of information from the school database to allow teachers and staff to do their reports effectively. That information consists of the following;
- Teacher Name
- Teacher Email
- Student Name
- Student ‘Known as’ Name
- Student Gender
- Student Year Group
- Class Name
- Class Description
The basic school information is collected at the time of school registration. The teachers, staff and student information is collected when the administrator imports the data from their school IT system or it is typed in manually by the administrator so that the school staff can login to use the application for reporting.
